About Us
The Trust is a charitable organisation which manages Marriott's Warehouse on behalf of the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk.
It holds a lease from the Borough Council for the building and provides a licence to Marriott's Warehouse Restaurant which is a business in its own right. The licence provides the Restaurant with the ground and first floors together with the outside area. However, the licence agreement allows for permanent access by the Trust for members of the public to the first floor town model and the second floor meeting room and models.
In addition to displaying the wonderful models of the towns historic buildings, the Trust’s second floor meeting room is also used by various community groups for meetings and regularly has presentations on topics of local interest, under the guise of ‘Trust Talks’. Anyone wishing to hire the second floor meeting room should in the first instance contact the Trust by email:info@marriottswarehousetrust.co.uk and not the restaurant.
